Ken, a corporate partner in the Miami office, is a member of Orrick’s M&A and Private Equity Group. An experienced deal lawyer, Ken advises public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, family offices and other private investment funds, and high net-worth individuals in a variety of complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, and equity financings and recapitalizations.
