Clients benefit from her long-standing transaction experience and deep market insights. Christine’s work is focused on Banking and Finance. She advises on complex national and international financings in private equity transactions and in particular on acquisition financings and re-financings. Christine has also advised on a considerable number of financial restructurings. Her clients mainly include large private equity firms as well as their portfolio companies from various industries. Christine is being recognized for her banking & finance work by national and international publications such as leading German business daily Handelsblatt or IFLR1000. Christine studied law in Heidelberg, Passau and Mannheim and obtained her Master‘s Degree (LL.M.) at the University of Waikato/New Zealand.
