Ali Abugheida represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of complex civil litigation and government enforcement matters. He represents clients in matters involving allegations of fraud, breach of contract, alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and unfair or deceptive trade-practice statutes. Prior to joining Orrick, Ali was a partner at Buckley LLP. He began his career at WilmerHale, where his practice included litigation and government enforcement matters.
