Adam advises technology and life sciences companies and their investors on the business and legal issues that arise throughout the company life cycle. With more than 25 years of experience, Adam counsels high-growth companies from formation through exit, guiding them on financings, IPOs, M&A, and other strategic transactions. He regularly works with founders, management teams, and boards on corporate governance and day-to-day matters, as well as structuring and negotiating complex deals. Adam also represents venture capital, growth equity, and private equity investors in their portfolio investments and exits. His practice spans both buy-side and sell-side M&A, joint ventures, and strategic collaborations across the technology and life sciences sectors.
