Richard Coaxum Bio

Richard Coaxum primarily represents financial institutions, fintech companies, and alternative financial services companies. He co–leads the group’s social impact, community development, and minority–focused financial services practice initiatives. Richard has a diverse legal and entrepreneurial background and worked extensively as a general counsel/chief legal officer, business executive, and outside general counsel in several sectors.
