With nearly a decade of experience working with public and private companies and funds, Kelly offers seasoned legal services in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions, and securities law. In addition to her transactional practice, Kelly counsels public companies on securities law reporting requirements and corporate governance and provides general corporate law support to a variety of clients.
