George's practice focuses on a range of financing transactions, including project finance, syndicated loans and debt securities offerings. He represents energy and infrastructure companies, independent power producers and developers, equity investors, project sponsors, financial institutions, and governments. In his experience, he has assisted in development, financing, and mergers and acquisitions of power, natural gas, LNG, real estate and other projects in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. George previously worked in the financial sector for Goldman Sachs and Citigroup.
