Bio

David Mannheim serves as outside general counsel to his clients and offers them a breadth of experience along with the resources of an AmLaw 100 firm. Most of his practice is in the areas of corporate and securities including IPOs, public offerings, venture capital financings, and private placements. He has experience representing startup companies, assisting with their corporate structure and seed financing as well as representing mature companies in public offerings, acquisitions, and divestitures with a particular interest in life sciences, technology, and clean energy companies.
