Peter Anglum brings over 40 years of experience in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, Hart-Scott-Rodino transactional antitrust matters and general company matters. Clients engaged in a wide range of industries, including general and specialty manufacturing, computer software and information services, health care, consumer products, hospitality, financial services, retail and insurance, rely on Peter to efficiently handle their private equity transactions. Peter also advises clients in connection with equity and asset acquisitions in both financial and strategic investments in private companies, and in the disposition of such investments utilizing a variety of exit strategies. In addition, both domestic and foreign clients turn to Peter for representation in cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other cooperative arrangements.
