Eric Moskowitz focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity financings and other complex corporate transactions. Throughout his career, Eric has represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies in buyouts, investments and sales. He specializes in negotiating operating and shareholder agreements, licensing arrangements, commercial partnerships and other strategic business deals. In addition, Eric advises investors in equity financings and companies in their private placements. His clients span a number of industries, including retail, manufacturing, real estate, technology, media and financial services. Eric also regularly counsels independent sponsors and other entrepreneurs in all life cycle phases of their ventures, from raising initial search capital, to securing equity funding, through the transformative acquisition and subsequent financings and leading to an eventual exit event. Before joining Morrison Cohen, Eric was a partner in the Corporate Advisory practice of McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
