Deborah Weinberg Bio

Deborah Weinberg focuses her practice on debt finance transactions, representing corporate borrowers, private equity firms, financial sponsors, commercial and investment banks, mezzanine lenders and hedge funds in a variety of domestic and international transactions. Deborah regularly advises clients on matters involving acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, asset-based facilities, working capital facilities, mezzanine financings, and first and second lien financings, in a wide range of industries, including consumer products/services, media, telecommunications, and manufacturing. She also counsels certain of her clients in lending against unique kinds of collateral, including fine art. Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Deborah was an associate in the Corporate Department of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.
