Bryan Joggerst Bio

Bryan Joggerst counsels operating companies, private equity firms, strategic investors and portfolio companies in a wide range of activities, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity financings and other complex corporate transactions. He represents clients in a broad range of industries, including consumer products, industrial manufacturing, staffing solutions, technology and SaaS companies. Bryan joined Morrison Cohen in 2016. Prior to that, he was an associate in Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP’s Corporate Department.
