Bruce Levine has more than 25 years of experience representing lenders and borrowers in all types of secured and unsecured financing transactions. Bruce regularly advises institutional lenders, commercial banks, private equity funds, investors and borrowers in a variety of domestic and international financings, including syndicated loans, acquisition financings, second lien financings, asset based facilities, subordinated debt instruments, mezzanine financings and other complex and traditional transactions. He also counsels private banks in lending against unique kinds of collateral, including fine art owned by both collectors and dealers and interests in professional sports teams. Bruce has extensive experience dealing with troubled loans involving workouts and restructurings, and has advised clients in connection with Chapter 11 debtor-in-possession and exit financings. Bruce joined Morrison Cohen in 2012.
