Anthony Saur Bio

Anthony Saur has a broad range of experience in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, and capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on technology, biotech and other emerging-company fields. Anthony’s general corporate practice includes representing issuers and investment funds in venture capital debt and equity deals and representing clients ranging from early-stage start-ups to mature multinational corporations in domestic and cross-border acquisitions and dispositions (including mergers and asset and stock acquisitions). Anthony’s practice also includes advising public and private companies on corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters, as well as ongoing public company reporting and compliance requirements. Mr. Saur has also represented clients in their initial and follow-on public securities offerings and advised companies in the preparation and filing of '33 and '34 act documentation. Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Anthony was a partner at Venable.
