Andrew Boyd is an M&A partner based in the London office. He specializes in advising on strategic cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture transactions with particular expertise advising clients in the technology and food/ag sectors. Andrew regularly represents, among other clients, Uber, Visa, SoftBank, Tate & Lyle plc, Unity Technologies, Toshiba and SoundCloud.
