William Ho focuses on capital market transactions and private equity investments. He has worked on numerous initial public offerings with Rule 144A/Regulation S international placements on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK). He also represents Hong Kong–listed companies in debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other post-listing compliance and general corporate matters. William is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
