Sameer Mohan Bio

Sameer Mohan currently serves as deputy leader of the firm’s global corporate and business transactions practice, while concurrently serving as office leader of the Houston and Dallas corporate and business transactions practice. Sameer maintains a broad-based domestic and cross-border corporate and transactional practice across various industries including energy, life sciences and healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and sports. He represents public and private companies, including private equity funds and their portfolio companies, in complex transactions involving major infrastructure projects and joint ventures, with a primary focus on strategic mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
