Robert Hutton Bio

Robert Hutton advises domestic and international private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices on complex cross-border private equity investments, M&A transactions, strategic investments, and general commercial matters. Robert has more than 10 years’ experience counseling clients in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus in the infrastructure, luxury travel, and technology sectors. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Robert worked in the London private equity team of another leading international law firm.
