Having closed some of the biggest mergers and acquisitions (M&A) deals in the firm’s history, Richard Aldridge has led Morgan Lewis’s mergers and acquisitions practice for over two decades. He counsels clients in many kinds of complex business law matters, focusing on domestic and cross-border public and private company M&A and joint venture transactions. Richard regularly advises companies in industries such as technology, pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, and electric utilities.
