Nicholas Golem concentrates his practice in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate transactions. Nicholas works with a number of private equity clients including Baird Capital Partners; Excellere Partners; Industrial Opportunity Partners; The Jordan Company; Pritzker Group Private Capital; WILsquare Capital; and Wind Point Partners. Nicholas’ other representative matters include transactions with Hub Group, Inc.; Kellogg Company; KeHE Distributors, LLC; and TreeHouse Foods Inc.
