Marjorie Crider Bio

Marjorie Crider represents major financial institutions and other commercial lenders on numerous complex commercial finance transactions, with an emphasis on asset-based financing. She also works with single lenders and multi-bank syndicates, and she handles structuring, documenting, and negotiating domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including negotiating intercreditor agreements and subordination agreements. Marjorie also advises lenders on acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, and debtor-in-possession financing transactions. She works with companies in a variety of sectors and industries, including technology, retail, manufacturing, and service. Before joining Morgan Lewis, Marjorie was a senior partner in the banking and finance practice of a regional law firm, resident in Boston.
