June Chan has over 20 years of experience advising issuers and investment banks in a variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, placings, rights issue, privatization, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and general corporate and commercial law matters. She has represented clients across many industries, including consumer and retail, financial services, education, energy, technology, and manufacturing companies. June also advises listed issuers, particularly Chinese companies, on a wide range of corporate transactions, corporate governance matters, and offshore M&A. June is a native Cantonese and Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
