Joshua Goodman Bio

Joshua Goodman practice focuses on all aspects of antitrust law, including antitrust litigation, merger review, government investigations, and counseling clients. He represents clients before the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division, state agencies, and in court. Previously, Josh served as a deputy assistant director of the FTC and as counsel to the director of the FTC’s Bureau of Competition. He has experience with matters in a variety of sectors, including technology, media, energy, chemicals, life sciences, retail, and industrial products.
