Jeffrey Dobosh focuses his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, incentive equity and tax matters. Jeff’s General Counsel and accountancy experience allows him to provide commercially tailored and pragmatic counsel to his clients across a broad range of legal and tax matters. Jeff represents privately held companies in a wide range of corporate matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and complex restructurings. He has extensive experience in matters related to partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations, in conjunction with use, formation, operation, and taxation. Prior to rejoining the firm, Jeff served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Winston client MacLean-Fogg Company, a privately-held engineering and manufacturing enterprise with 40 worldwide manufacturing facilities and annual sales in excess of US$1B. Preceding his firm experience, he served as a consultant for Deloitte & Touche LLP. He is a certified public accountant in the State of California.
