Jeffrey Dinerstein has more than 20 years of experience counseling public and private companies in a variety of complex domestic and cross-border acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions, as well as in corporate governance and other corporate and partnership matters. He also has experience negotiating master service agreements and supply and distribution agreements. He has worked with clients across numerous industries including chemicals, manufacturing, death care/funeral services, energy, engineering, distribution, education, security, food and beverage, telemedicine, and veterinary. Jeff is widely recognized as a leading M&A lawyer in the death care/funeral services industry. In addition, Jeff routinely counsels private equity firms and their portfolio companies, public companies, and early stage and mature private companies. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards, and he is currently on the board of The Fire Fighters Foundation of Houston. Jeff has been named a "Rising Star" in Texas by Super Lawyers for 11 consecutive years. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
