Donald Goff Bio

Donald Goff concentrates his practice on all aspects of corporate and partnership transactions, specifically structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions for public and private buyers and sellers, financial institutions, and private equity funds. Don has broad experience with structuring and negotiating hundreds of M&A transactions, while focusing on tax efficiencies and bridging gaps between divergent positions. Notably, many of Don’s private equity transactions utilize pre-closing or post-closing restructurings, allowing buyers and sellers to meet their objectives, while minimizing tax inefficiencies.
