Sandra Lazorcheck Bio

Sandra regularly advises clients in the healthcare, defense and aerospace, financial services, staffing, manufacturing, forest products, energy, and other industries on syndicated leveraged financings, acquisition financings, and investment grade financings, as well as other secured and unsecured lending transactions. She has broad experience with debt products such as working capital facilities, asset-based and cash flow revolving facilities, letter-of-credit facilities, first lien/second lien facilities, unitranche facilities, and mezzanine financings. Sandra serves as the Development and Staffing Member for the Financial Services group.
