Mark has a wide range of experience in the finance, commercial, and corporate context. His practice focuses on commercial contracts, loan transactions, North Carolina banking regulatory matters, warranties, sales representation and distribution agreements (both domestic and foreign), consignment agreements, consumer credit, and antitrust compliance. He has particular experience in UCC issues and opinion letters.
