Jared Poplin Bio

Jared’s practice encompasses a wide range of corporate transactional matters, including merger and acquisition transactions, corporate reorganizations, and corporate finance transactions. He has extensive experience in the formation, structuring, and governance of privately held business entities, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Jared also routinely advises on Uniform Commercial Code matters involved in secured lending transactions. Jared is a member of the firm's Legal Opinion Committee and has particular experience in legal opinion matters. He represents entrepreneurs, healthcare providers, ESOP-owned companies, financial institutions, portfolio companies, energy companies, lenders, developers and tax-equity investors in energy financing projects, and mid-market businesses in sectors ranging from athletic apparel to electronics recycling.
