Rob Rust represents clients on a variety of transactional matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Representation includes Fortune 150 companies and privately held entities operating across various industries and market segments, including energy, manufacturing and software development, as well as private equity clients, with the scope of such representation encompassing complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Rob also has extensive experience assisting clients with negotiating commercial contracts (including procurement contracts, supply agreements, software licenses, IP development agreements and related documentation), as well as director and officer and fiduciary liability insurance policies.
