April Holland focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private fund formation, complex joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. She has experience working with companies through all stages of mergers and acquisitions matters on both the buy and sell sides. She advises clients in fund formation and 506(b) private placement offerings, including the negotiation and drafting of operating agreements, limited partnership agreements and ancillary documents. Ms. Holland counsels clients in a wide range of general corporate law matters, including but not limited to, joint venture agreements, securities and investment advisory matters, venture capital and seed investment transactions, franchise matters, commercial sales agreements, SaaS agreements, supply and distribution agreements, and various service agreements. She also represents private family office clients in a number of venture capital/angel investment and other miscellaneous corporate transactions. She has experience in industries ranging from chemicals production, flooring, bottling, biotechnology, flexible packaging manufacturing, transportation and logistics, consumer products, auto parts manufacturing, and insurance.
