Lowell Dyer is a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. Mr. Dyer focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and securities and capital markets transactions. He represents private equity clients in all aspects of their investment in portfolio companies, from acquisition through exit, and has represented clients in both private and public mergers and acquisitions, including traditional purchase and sale transactions, strategic mergers, joint ventures, and restructurings and recapitalizations. He also advises clients on general corporate matters.
