Lisa Neill is co-head of the London corporate team, and a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. Lisa advises companies on a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions with a focus on the energy, infrastructure and transportation sectors. Lisa advises on large public and private mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, re-organisations and commercial contracts.
