Laura Bonamis Bio

Laura Bonamis is a partner in the London office of Milbank and a member of the European Leveraged Finance/Capital Markets Group. Laura has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border leveraged acquisition financings, public-to-private buyout financings and refinancings and restructurings, across the full spectrum of products (including bank/bond, syndicated TLBs, unitranche/SSRCF and holdco PIK).
