As a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Group, Jason Anderson practice focuses on representing public and privately held companies, investment banks and private equity funds in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private financings, joint ventures, restructurings and other sophisticated transactions. In addition, he provides ongoing advice on general corporate governances and related matters to public and privately held companies.
