Francisco Nunez is a partner in the New York office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Corporate/M&A Group. Francisco regularly represents buyers, sellers, targets, investors, boards of directors and special committees in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, equity investments, joint-ventures and other corporate transactions. Francisco’s clients include public and private companies, private equity firms, asset managers and hedge funds. Francisco has experience on a broad range of industries, including energy and infrastructure, industrials and manufacturing, telecommunications, technology, healthcare, financial services and retail.
