Fabiana Sakai is a partner in Milbank’s São Paulo office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance and Securities Group. With nearly 20 years of experience, Ms. Sakai’s practice centers on New York law advice in the areas of capital markets, M&A, corporate, financing transactions and corporate governance. Ms. Sakai’s clients include Brazilian corporations and US and Brazilian banks and underwriting firms. She has extensive experience across a broad range of industries, including infrastructure, financial services, real estate, education, manufacturing and retail.
