Erwin Dweck Bio

Erwin Dweck is a partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP, the Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Real Estate Group and a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee. Mr. Dweck has over 20 years of experience in all areas of the real estate industry with an emphasis on representing investors in complex domestic and international commercial real estate acquisitions, developments, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, intercreditor issues, mezzanine loan foreclosures, CMBS and special servicing issues. His practice has focused on representing investors in secondary market transactions and distressed situations, including restructurings and workouts of complex equity and debt structures. His clients include leading financial institutions and investment managers.
