Dean Sattler Bio

Dean Sattler is a partner and the Practice Group Leader for the Global Corporate/M&A Group of Milbank LLP based in New York. Mr. Sattler regularly represents acquirors, buyout groups, sellers, targets, investors, boards of directors, special committees and investment banks in complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments and other corporate, financing and business combination transactions. Mr. Sattler’s clients include public and private companies, private equity firms, asset managers, pensions and hedge funds, and span a broad range of industries, including energy and infrastructure, industrials and manufacturing, aviation and aerospace, space and satellite, telecommunications, technology, banking and finance.
