David Gartside is a partner in the Seoul Foreign Legal Consultant Office of Milbank LLP and member of the firm’s Global Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group. He has been practicing in the Asia Pacific region for more than 15 years and he leads the firm’s Korea project and energy finance practice from Seoul.
