Andrew Whan is partner of Milbank (Hong Kong) LLP and a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. He has 25 years of experience advising many of the world’s leading international private equity firms, financial and corporate investors in connection with private and public M&A transactions. He regularly advises on domestic and cross-border investments, high-value portfolio acquisitions, sales and leveraged buyouts, as well as management buyouts and buy-ins, across a wide variety of sectors.
