Andrea Hamilton is a partner and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. Ms. Hamilton has extensive experience in advising and representing companies before the UK Competition and Markets Authority (“CMA) and the European Commission in merger control reviews and antitrust investigations. She also has experience in UK foreign investment control reviews as well as in antitrust litigation and counseling clients on key strategic antitrust matters and compliance. She is recognized as a leading practitioner in competition practice directories. Ms. Hamilton has extensive experience with leading industrial clients, including Praxair (now Linde plc), Amcor plc and Lockheed Martin all of whom she advised in connection with the competition aspects of important strategic transactions. She has also advised clients active in key areas of life sciences and private equity sponsors.
