Alexandra Johnson is a partner in the New York office of Milbank and Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Transportation and Space Group. Ms. Johnson’s experience includes a wide variety of structured finance transactions, international transactions and corporate transactions, including ABS and portfolio securitizations across multiple asset classes, corporate platform formations with dynamic capital structures, CLOs (including nontraditional CLOs), acquisition financing, mergers and acquisitions, secured lending and restructuring. She focuses on transportation and equipment assets, esoteric assets, digital infrastructure and space assets in the capital markets, the bank markets and the alternative lending markets. Ms. Johnson regularly represents underwriters, lenders (including alternative lenders), debt and equity investors, sponsors, issuers, borrowers, lessors and credit insurers. Ms. Johnson has worked on some of the most complex and innovative transactions, including many that have been recognized by industry publications as “Deals of the Year.”
