Thomas Freyvogel is an experienced corporate and securities transactional attorney, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters. Tom advises clients on sophisticated private equity-sponsored and strategic domestic and cross-border transactions. He represents private equity and venture capital funds, corporate venture capital groups, family offices and angel investors, as well as founders and emerging growth companies, in connection with their fundraising activities and investments. Tom also serves as outside general counsel for middle market and emerging growth companies, advising on a wide range of strategic matters, including governance, corporate finance, executive compensation, licensing and commercial contracts.
