Leilani Medina Costa has been a lawyer in our Corporate Group for over 20 years and serves as the Transaction Director of our mergers and acquisition practice. She manages the transaction process from inception of the deal through closing by coordinating workstreams, overseeing diligence, interfacing with specialists and driving the deal to closing. Leilani is one of the original founders of Metz Lewis. She also has Big Four experience, having previously worked as a CPA for Deloitte in Pittsburgh, PA.
