David Hefflinger Bio

Dave’s practice is concentrated in the areas of securities, corporate and tax. He has more than thirty years of experience in business and tax planning, including the structure and operations of business entities, public and private business financing and succession planning. Dave has served as securities counsel for initial public offerings and represented public companies in equity and debt offerings, merger transactions and SEC reporting and disclosure. Dave counsels medium-sized and large corporations with respect to planning, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Dave has substantial experience in corporate boardrooms advising the board of directors of private and public companies on matters ranging from reporting/disclosure to governance to executive compensation.
