William Shields Bio

WILLIAM M. SHIELDS practices in the area of banking and commercial transactions. He focuses on structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial and real estate loan and financing transactions, bank regulatory matters, loan workouts, and general corporate issues for financial institutions and other clients of the firm. Bill is a graduate of LaSalle University and Temple University School of Law. Bill is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the following federal courts: Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Bill is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and Philadelphia Bar Association.
