Florina Moldovan practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, surety, employment litigation and advice, business disputes and intellectual property matters. She represents a broad range of business clients in trade secret, noncompetition, trademark, copyright, and Internet-related disputes, including ICANN proceedings. Ms. Moldovan also participates in the professional development and training programs of the firm, and in the firm’s litigation support and technology efforts, specializing in e-discovery. Ms. Moldovan is a 1981 graduate of Colorado State University, cum laude, and 1991 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, magna cum laude, where she served as member and Associate Editor of the Law Review. She was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1991, the Supreme Court of the United States in 2001, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in 2005. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, including its Internet and Computer Law Committee and Business and Commercial Litigation Committee; the American Bar Association; and The Society for Human Resource Management. Ms. Moldovan’s article, “Tag You’re it: Metatags – Crafty Marketing Strategy or Violation of Trademark Law?,” was published in the December 2008 issue of the New Jersey Lawyer Magazine.
