Thomas Ammermann Bio

Thomas Ammermann focuses his practice on corporate law and capital markets. Thomas advises clients in corporate and transaction/M&A matters, in particular in the automobile, manufacturing, hospitality and real estate as well as transportation industries, including corporate restructurings, cross-border mergers and joint ventures. Thomas has special experience in cross-border matters. In that regard Thomas worked in the corporate department of the Firm’s New York office in 2012. Most recently Thomas lectured at Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Koguan Law School.
