Sam Snider Bio

Sam Snider is the managing partner of the Firm’s Atlanta office and focuses his practice on M&A transactions, joint ventures and private placements. He represents leading global companies on a wide variety of cross border transactions. Before returning to private practice in 2017, Sam was chief legal and compliance officer, at a leading health information technology company. Sam also led the global M&A legal function for a FTSE 100 information and analytics company.
